Had bilateral inguinal and umbilical hernia surgery back in spring 2012, was totaling 295 squat, 335 dead and 225 bench prior to that. My dead is finally back up there but my squat and bench are still lagging behind. I'm 6'1", ~173lbs. Need dem calories. Probably gonna do a Stronglifts or 5/3/1 program to get my totals back up.
