Oh great, now I have turned into a bro... waah.... maybe I need to focus on legs more.
Benched 5 reps with 90lb dumbbells for the first time!!! In our gym, the 90s are kept on the separate rack with the heavier dumbbells, so it was definitely a big psychological step to cross over to that side. Now, I get to hang with the big boys..
I may be the only guy in the world who can bench more than I can squat.
There already is a perfectly safe chemical that reduces appetite with very few significant sides - caffeine. A cup of black coffee in the morning can suppress hunger for several hours. People who don't have the self-discipline to put their fork down have to be the weakest people on the planet!
I used to do these exercises at http://www.aafp.org/afp/980215ap/980215a.html religiously when I had a previous bout with shoulder pain. After a while I got lazy and stop doing them, but with a recent recurrence of shoulder pain, I am going to do them again. It just takes 10 minutes.
You don't have time to make a sandwich? A ziploc of veggies for salad? A can of tuna? I call bs..... I work long hours, sleep less than 6 hours a day and have 2 kids to get ready for school every morning and I don't have trouble preparing and packing my food for the day every day...
Go see a sports specialist. With a primary care physician, it is often hit or miss. I have a relatively young PCP and he works out and can relate to the kinds of things I see him for, which is invariably something from the gym.. If you have some old fogey, ymmv....
I like trueprotein because their protein comes unflavored and you can get flavor packs that you can add to the protein. It is good because you can get adventurous with your flavors without risking 10 lbs of pukeworthy garbage. I actually just drink their protein unflavored. It has almost no taste actually.
