Funny you bring this thread up. I just retired my 12 year old Vasque Sundowners and replaced with a pair of Danner Mountain Light II hikers. I got a size 9, which is my size in dress shoes. They fit perfectly and will log countless miles in the GSMNP (this winter, no less).
Buyer backed out on me, so shirt is still available. Price drop to $40 shipped.

I had the book and, yeah, it has great photos and inspirations. But, it isn't worth what many are paying for it. I bought my copy on eBay about a year ago for under $70, then sold it to another forumite a month ago.
