It's a fake tag.
It's worth $30-40,  assuming anyone wants to buy it. How much did you pay for it?   http://www.peruvianlink.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=17319&cat=381&page=1
Why do people on here refer to shirts as button down shirts?
Not today with so many poseurs who like to pretend they are lord of the manor and shoot grouse in august
More wales per inch, like 16 and over, is dressier and approaches velvet in look and feel.
It's good and don't be bothered by a little synthetic to retain shape. Even $2k Burberrys and Gucci's have wool blends like this.

That's obviously a Euro 44 because it looks like some tiny kid's jacket. You can see how short it is.
It's alpaca which is basiclly a domesticated vicuna. Most  stuff labelled vicuna is really alpaca  which sells for a fraction of the price. Alpaca is very nice but since vicunas are wild it's a lot more work catching them and shearing them. I doubt very much if vicuna is much superior to the top alpaca to justify the higher price. The value of something is what someone is willing to pay for it which may be nothing so it's just worth something to you to wear...
