The Epaulet Rivet Chinos will shrink length wise about half an inch and that's it. They don't really stretch at all and are the best fitting chinos I own and are worth every penny.
I'd look into Epaulet too, I've fallen for their chinos and trousers quite hard.

My experience with alpha khakis is that there's 2 alpha fits. A straight and tapered fit. On mine it says it inside the waistline area and I personally find the tapered fit much more appealing.
