Scottish-Jacket, any thoughts   http://www.manufactum.de/nigel-cabourn-scottish-jacket-p1466585/?a=43644
No problem, you look sharp! Just remember, style over fashion. Your suit with the bow tie will never go out style. Neither would it with the straight tie. You are on the right track. It does my heart good to see young people dress so well...
 I like this look. Classy!
No I did not say that they necessarily grow their own cotton I said that their mills produce some of the best cotton fabric in the world (no matter where the cotton comes from), and your link agrees. I don't know who does selvedge better (shirts or jeans) and some of the newer cotton products like socks are just superb. Some of the best oxford cloth and chambray shirts I ever owned were milled in Japan.
I'm not sure, but I have read that Japanese mills produce some of the best cotton fabric in the world.
Measure your head around just above the eyebrows and compare with a hat chart: http://www.costumesofnashua.com/CNWebSite105/Active905/Pages/Hat/Sizing/HatSizinguse905.htm
I would actually e-mail Johnstons about this. I have had cashmere scarves ball up like this in the past. In the mean time you may want to invest in a sweater stone.
Any thoughts on a reasonably price tweed sport coat? I'm looking at the Tweed Addict, Mears and Murphy of Ireland. Does anyone have experience with any of these? Thanks in advance.

Yes, that is a wonderful jacket but the Old Town jackets are so much more reasonable in price - don't you think.
