Do you know how fast customer support reply to the customers? I wrote them 2 days ago and still no reply. I ordered mid gray tropical wool pants but found dark gray pants in the box. Tried to contact customer support to reserve mid gray pants for exchange, but no reply and today on the site it says that my size is sold out. What was your experience?
