I'd rather have a couple of well-constructed, great fitting suits than a bunch of ill fitting ones.
I did open the links , so far everything's fine except for the waist area that probably needs tapering.
I like the vibe and fashion of the '60s.
High school graduation? That's fine don't worry about it. Maybe change the tie to a solid grey/silver one.
There are so many to choose from, from dept. store macy's to brookes brothers, josbank.
As a sign of respect to the groom & bride - yes please wear a suit.
Keep it simple, no suede and preferably not patent as well.
 lt will look good with a light blue shirt, pink, or white shirt  and dark blue or red tie.
There's a similar thread to this, but while I do own a couple of three piece suits, I rarely wear them. But it can get uncomfortable and warm!
