It sounds like you have a history of dyspepsia since you have had an upper endoscopy and a barium study in the recent past, and you have Tums on hand (why did they do the colonoscopy if you are only 27?). I seems pretty likely that you had a bad episode of reflux that night, particularly given the type of meal you describe; did you have wine/alcohol with it? The fact that it "took your breath away" sounds like you may have aspirated a small amount of reflux. What you...
I doubt the police would do anything about it, but it would probably be worthwhile to notify them that a threat was made, if for no other reason than to have some documentation that you pursued the usual conventional channels. I would certainly speak to the family that employs this degenerate and let them know that he made the threat, and that you are concerned about the safety of your wife (in the event that this happens again and she is alone). Also, doesn't he have to...

The FDA uses T4 levels and measures AUC (area under the curve) and Cmax (maximum concentration) to determine the bioavailability of similarly dosed levothyroxine preparations. They allow variation in these measures of up to 12.5 to 25% in products before deeming them "bioequivalent". However, differences of this sort can produce fairly disparate results in the TSH. If you knew that your generic was always coming from the same source, it really wouldn't be an issue. ...

Actually, there's nothing wrong with generic levothyroxine. The problem...
You're too young to be dealing with this kind of drama. I remember how strongly I felt about people and things when I was 19 years old, but now I see that it was really the intense infatuations of youth. You should embrace these passionate feelings, it's the great part of being young, but you need to be a little bit more selective than this. I don't doubt that this woman may be (or end up being) a wonderful person, but it sounds like her life is very off course at the...

Having watched the trailer, I have the sinking feeling that the casting is all wrong for this film. He just doesn't have the look or presence that I would have expected for Thor. And although I think Anthony Hopkins is a wonderful actor, I don't see him playing a convincing Odin. I will certainly go see the film (I'm a sucker for this stuff), but I think it will be a little hard to get into it....
My wife and I found it pretty disappointing. There wasn't as much suspense as I had expected and it seemed very anticlimactic at the end.
