It's not for everyone that's for sure. One thing lacking in Bikram is upper body work that you get from a good flow class.

Great! I have used a bunch on different edgers over the years with varying results. Then I got lucky and found an old saddle maker as a leatherwork mentor and he turned me on to Ron's Tools. They handmake the best edgers around. http://www.ronstools.com/edgers.pdf
Well done! If you rounded the corners, burnished the edges then edged them it would take it to next level.
I've done Bikram, Core Power hot yoga and Iyengar yoga. I like them all for different reasons. Living in Los Angeles there's plenty of yoga to choose from.
Aphelan, I don't know the size of that one but the one I make is 3 1/8” x 4 1/2" when closed.
Just off the top of my head here's a list: Hole punch, belt end punch, mallet, edger, burnisher. If you want to dye it you would need dye, sealer, something to apply the dye and sealer with. Good luck!
